Magnoli Home Improvements

Magnoli Home Improvements is a family-owned exterior and carpentry contractor that installs siding, windows, exterior doors, decks, porches and custom carpentry. Owner Dave Magnoli came to the trade framing custom homes in the early 1990s and later spent 16 years with a window and remodeling company before starting his own business in 2020. Reviewers on the site often mention clean job sites and attention to detail, and the owner emphasizes energy efficient windows and doors.

The company also takes on smaller jobs that larger contractors often skip, such as screen door repairs and door knob and deadbolt replacement. Estimates are requested through the website's quote form, and the business is licensed and insured. It is based in Canton, Connecticut, and serves nearby Farmington Valley towns including Avon, Bloomfield, Simsbury and Granby.
