Metamorphosis Pain Management treats back, neck, joint, nerve and headache pain, along with muscle pain and fibromyalgia. Its approach combines medication management, including anti-inflammatory, antidepressant and neuropathy medications, with procedures such as stellate ganglion blocks, ketamine therapy in nasal and IV forms, and physical therapy.

Visits can be in person or by video through a telemedicine call. The care team includes nurse practitioners, anesthesia-trained nurses and a physical therapist. The main office is in Canon City, with a second office in Colorado Springs, and both close for a lunch break at midday on weekdays. Patients can make payments through an online patient payment page.
