Pizza A' Fetta

Pizza a' fetta serves gourmet pizza, pasta, salads and appetizers, with pizza sold by the slice or as whole pies. The sauce is slowly cooked with a blend of 18 spices and then rests for about 12 hours, and the dough is made from a milled flour with less gluten than usual, for a light, soft crust. Gluten-free options are on the menu. The cheese is low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella, and produce is prepared in-house daily and never frozen.

Guests can dine in, get takeout, or order online, and the Seaside location has off-street parking. The Cannon Beach shop has been open since 1988, and its upstairs dining room seats 15 and can be booked for birthday parties, small receptions, rehearsals and business meetings. There are two Oregon Coast locations, one in Cannon Beach and one in Seaside.
