Star Cider

Star Cider is a family-run cidery in the Finger Lakes that makes hard cider from 100% New York apples and fresh local ingredients. Its menu covers its own ciders, cider-based cocktails and wassail, local craft beers, food, sides and desserts, plus zero-proof drinks and slushies for non-drinkers. The owners, husband and wife Adam and Cortni Stahl, started making cider in their basement before opening the tasting room in 2019.

The tasting room and restaurant is at 3365 NY-364 in Canandaigua and is closed on Mondays. Flights of four or eight pours are available, and the cidery hosts recurring events such as cider yoga, brunch and seasonal pairings, along with live music and private events.
