Lake Ayr

Lake Ayr Medical Massage & Relaxation is a massage practice led by Wendy Ayres Koester, a licensed massage therapist and Medical Massage Practitioner. Her work centers on head, neck and jaw issues, including TMJ dysfunction, with additional experience in chronic pain, headaches, migraines, carpal tunnel and lymphatic drainage. She draws on earlier work in pain management and orthopedics, and refers clients with dental concerns from four dental offices in the Canandaigua area.

Sessions are personalized to the reason for the visit, whether that is relaxation, recovery or athletic training. Prenatal massage is offered with a pillow that allows clients to lie on their stomach. The practice is located at 23 North Street in Canandaigua, and online booking is available. Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
