Riverside Brewing Co. is a brewpub serving burgers, wood-fired pizzas, steaks and salads alongside its own beers. Many dishes feature local produce and meats, including maple products from Howles Maple Farms and pork from Sam's Hog House. The menu includes handhelds like the Brewer's Burger and the Maple Jam Burger, sweet potato waffle fries, and a steak sandwich on spent grain focaccia.

The kitchen offers takeout, gift cards and private events, and the restaurant also has a maple gift shop and live music. Parties of eight or more are subject to a 20% gratuity, and cash prices include a 3% discount. The brewery is at One Fountain Street in Cambridge Springs.
