U-Rent

U-Rent is a locally owned equipment rental business that has served construction and home projects for more than half a century. It rents equipment to homeowners, landscapers, industrial users and contractors, including excavators, skid steers, trenchers, compactors, compressors, generators, man lifts and trailers. The shop also sells topsoil products, including Agromin amendments, and construction supplies such as diamond blades, sandpaper and concrete mix.

The Camarillo store is at 92 Dawson Dr, and U-Rent has five other locations around Ventura County in Oxnard, Ventura/Saticoy, Simi Valley and Santa Paula. Weekday hours run from early morning to 4 PM, with a half day on Saturdays and closed Sundays. Party rentals for weddings, corporate events and backyard parties are handled by the separate Party Pleasers business in Camarillo.
