Old New York Deli & Bakery Co. is a fast-casual bagel factory, bakery and deli known for kettle-boiled and hearth-baked bagels, breads and pastries made from scratch and by hand. The menu covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering, with made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, omelets, handcrafted deli sandwiches, salads and wraps. Its Signature blend coffee is locally roasted and organic, and it also pours local craft beer.

Bakers start at 2 am each morning, and food is made to order with free-range eggs, Choice USDA meats and organic or locally sourced produce when possible. Orders can be placed online, and the Camarillo shop is in The Plaza at Mission Oaks, a Deli Dough rewards program is available, and gift cards are sold. The Camarillo location opened in 1994 and is still in its original spot.
