Leisure Village Association

Leisure Village Association runs a 55+ community of more than 2,100 single-story homes spread across about 400 acres in Camarillo. Established in the 1970s as a planned unit development, the village offers resort-style amenities, including a golf course, pool and fitness facilities, along with more than 60 clubs and activities that range from yoga classes to shows at the Community Center theater.

The association office handles work orders, escrow, architecture permits and board questions, and it is open on weekdays during business hours. Visitors enter through three staffed gates, with the main gate open around the clock and a 24-hour emergency line for urgent matters. Buyers and residents can also find real estate information and HOA documents through the association.
