FOCL

FOCL is the bookstore run by the Friends of the Camarillo Library, a volunteer nonprofit that uses its sales to support the Camarillo Public Library. The store sells gently used books, magazines, audio and video material, puzzles, calendars and greeting cards. Hardcovers average about $3.00 and most paperbacks range from 50 cents to $2.00, with a few special finds priced higher.

The bookstore is in the Camarillo Library courtyard at 4101 Las Posas Road and is open Tuesday through Saturday. Flash sales and reduced book carts outside the entry door change often, and monthly specials are highlighted for members first. Donations of books can be dropped off during store hours, and a separate donation workroom is open Monday through Saturday, with a call ahead recommended for large donations.
