Method Fitness is a gym in Caldwell that describes itself as a place where every body finds its strength. The facility offers a range of membership options, including contract plans with lower monthly costs, no-commitment plans, and a discounted couples membership for two people.

Members create an account, buy a membership and get door access through the Method Fitness app, so there is no front desk check-in to wait for. Gym access runs 24 hours with a membership. The gym is in Suite 101 at Settlement Lane, in the same parking lot as Jim's Upholstery.
