Hank's Bagels

Hank's Bagels is a bagel bakery and sandwich shop known for handmade sourdough bagels that are given a two-day rise and boiled before baking each morning. The menu is kept deliberately tight, with numbered bagel sandwiches, a few salads like chicken and potato, and cream cheese spreads that include lox and veggie versions.

The shop was founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife owners Trevor and Kelley Faris and is family-owned. Bagels are sold daily, and some flavors such as cinnamon raisin and jalapeño cheddar are only available Monday through Friday. Weekday and weekend specials rotate, and the shop also does catering. Its neighborhood shops are the place to go for a casual, friendly stop.
