Brandl Anderson Homes builds new single-family and one-level villa homes in Minnesota suburbs. Its current community, The Reserve at Cedar Creek in Lakeville, offers villa homes with basements and two-story homes, with floorplans starting in the low $600s. Standard finishes include Hardie siding on the front, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Christian Brothers cabinetry and Silestone quartz countertops.

Buyers can work with a new home consultant, Becca Kromer, and look at quick move-in homes with near-term dates. The Reserve at Cedar Creek has no homeowners association. The builder's office is in Burnsville, and it has other communities in Apple Valley, Chanhassen, Farmington, Waconia and elsewhere.
