Workability

Workability is an occupational therapy and physical therapy practice focused on work injuries. The clinic treats injured workers, helps them return to their jobs, and works with employers on injury prevention. Its services include work-related injury rehab, pre and post surgery therapy, manual therapy, functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, and a chronic pain program.

Workability is based at Flynn Avenue in Burlington, and its team serves clients at ten Vermont locations across the state. Mark Coleman, an occupational therapist, leads the practice with physical therapist Shannon Karpinski, and the clinic works with insurers and case managers on claims. Workability also works with businesses on ergonomics and injury risk analysis at job sites.
