The Vermont Pub & Brewery

The Vermont Pub & Brewery has been brewing craft beer in downtown Burlington since 1988 and is the state's longest-running brewery. It is known for lagers, wheat beers, ales and seasonal releases, including the Burly Irish Ale and Handsome Mick's Smoked Stout, along with classic pub food such as corned beef and cabbage for St. Paddy's Day.

The pub serves lunch and dinner, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. Tables can be reserved online, and the bar and patio are both open for drinks and food. Live music is a regular feature, often on the patio. Tuesdays bring 15% off food for anyone with a Vermont or Canadian ID, Mondays offer 25% off food for service industry workers, and weekday afternoons have discounted snacks. Gift cards are available.
