Mad River Distillers

Mad River Distillers is a craft producer of whiskey, rum and brandy. Its spirits use regionally sourced, non-GMO, fair trade and organic ingredients, and the mashing, fermenting, distilling and aging all happen on site at the distillery in Warren. The current line includes two flagship whiskies, three limited release whiskeys, two cocktail rums, three aged rums and an apple brandy.

The Burlington tasting room on St. Paul Street sells the spirits and offers sit-down tastings, classic and contemporary cocktails, and tasting flights, with canned cocktails to go. Walk-ins are welcome, and parties of six or more can reserve. The shop is wheelchair accessible and leashed dogs are welcome. Hours run from noon, with later closing on Thursday through Saturday.
