Iyengar Yoga Center

The Iyengar Yoga Center is the hub of Iyengar Yoga in Vermont, offering public classes from beginner to advanced levels, along with group and private yoga therapy, anatomy, yoga philosophy, prenatal and postpartum yoga, and teacher education. Regular workshops bring in visiting senior-level teachers. The center draws a diverse community of practitioners of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Classes are taught by Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers using a step-by-step model that helps newer students learn poses safely, with attention to alignment and the use of props.
