Common Deer

Common Deer is a gift and home goods shop that stocks a wide mix of unique gifts, cards, candles, jewelry, kitchen and dining items, blankets, prints and Vermont souvenirs. Much of the inventory comes from local artists and makers, and the shop carries goods made in North America, with a large share from Vermont. Its catalog also includes stickers, toys, books and apothecary items.

The flagship store is at 210 College Street in downtown Burlington, where shoppers can browse the full selection in person. Gift wrapping is free on most gifts of $25 or more, and gift cards are available. Online orders ship flat rate, and the staff are known for being helpful with questions about where items were made.
