Accord Mediation

Accord Mediation is a mediation practice led by Vermont mediator Erik Wheeler, who helps people settle disagreements without going to court. Most of the work is family mediation, including divorce, post-divorce issues, parentage, parenting agreements, child custody and estate settlement, and Erik also takes on disputes between small business partners. The approach focuses on reaching agreements that keep both sides in control of the outcome, usually at a lower cost and with less stress than litigation.

A first phone call to talk through a situation is free, and appointments are set up by phone. The office is on the second floor at 110 Main Street in Burlington. Erik is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and Vermont Family Mediators.
