Southeast Heating & Cooling

Southeast Heating & Cooling is an HVAC contractor that handles air conditioning repair, replacement and maintenance, along with furnace repair, heat pumps, mini splits and indoor air quality equipment. The company works on all makes and models and is a featured Daikin dealer, so Daikin systems are a common installation. Its technicians are licensed and insured.

The company offers 24/7 emergency service, including weekends and holidays, and calls are answered by a person. Repairs are quoted at a flat rate before work starts, and free estimates are available for new installs. A Southeast Family Plan covers two maintenance visits a year and 15% off repairs. Financing is available through Service Finance. Southeast serves Buford and nearby towns including Sugar Hill, Suwanee and Cumming, and its office is on Atwater Court in Buford.
