Window Factory Outlet

Window Factory Outlet makes replacement windows and doors in Buffalo, using union workers, and sells them factory-direct. The company installs full window replacements, new construction windows, entry doors, patio doors and storm doors, with a focus on energy-efficient products built to handle Western New York winters.

The family-run business has operated since 1957 and offers free estimates to homeowners who are replacing or upgrading. Its approach is simple pricing without a high-pressure sales pitch, and it holds BBB accreditation. Delivery is available, and the Smith Street office is open weekdays, with weekends closed. Recent Google reviewers have praised the installation crews for their workmanship and for explaining options clearly.
