Fitness Evolution runs gym clubs in Buffalo and Zimmerman, with free weights, selectorized strength equipment, group fitness classes, RedZone training and personal training. Members can also try boxing, from youth classes to a Rock Steady Boxing course. Swim lessons and a Kids Club round out the programs for families.
The Buffalo club has racquetball courts, a sauna, and a heated pool and whirlpool, which stay open until about half an hour before closing. The spa is closed on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for cleaning. Tanning beds and red light therapy are also available.
