Visit Hope's Cookies Retail Store

Hope's Cookies bakes its cookies to order, so each batch comes out of the oven after you place it rather than sitting prepackaged. The recipes lean heavily on chocolate, with dark and white chocolate, Dutch cocoa, all-natural peanut butter, Hawaiian macadamia nuts and fresh creamery butter. Founder Hope Spivak started the business wanting store-bought cookies with the freshness of home baking, and the cookies are made without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Individually wrapped, jumbo and gluten-free cookies are also offered.

The Rosemont store takes phone orders for pickup, and you can call ahead and collect at the side window for a contactless handoff. Cookie trays can be ordered for pickup inside the store. Delivery is available through Uber Eats, DoorDash and GrubHub, and cookies can also be shipped. The store stays open late most evenings, until 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday.
