Berrie's Hearing and Optical Center

Berrie's Hearing and Optical Center is a locally owned practice offering hearing evaluations, hearing aids and eyewear. Its audiologists assess, treat and diagnose hearing disorders, and the team services and repairs all major brands of hearing aids. The optical side covers eyeglasses and contact lenses, with an optician who finishes and fits lenses and frames from a doctor's prescription.

The shop is in downtown Brunswick on Maine Street at the corner of Lincoln Street, and it is a private practice that has operated since 1936. A second hearing center opened in Gardiner in August 2024. Appointments can be scheduled through the website, and intake and case history forms can be downloaded to fill out before a first visit.
