CozyCoffeeCo

CozyCoffeeCo is a coffee shop with a flagship in Westminster and a second location in Boulder. Its coffee is sourced from local Colorado roasters, and most of its baked goods are made fresh in-house. Signature drinks include the Cozy Cinnamon Latte, the Strawberry Matcha Swirl and the Tiramisú Latte, alongside croissants and signature toasts.

Orders can be placed online for pickup, with the order waiting on the counter to the left when you walk in. The Westminster shop is open weekdays and weekends, while the Boulder shop keeps weekday hours only. The business is locally owned and run by a mother-daughter team, and the menu changes with the season.
