ByNext

ByNext is a laundry and dry cleaning service that picks up clothes, cleans them, and returns them to your door. Wash and fold, dry cleaning, laundered shirts, sneaker cleaning, and alterations and tailoring make up the core menu, and the company also offers home cleaning and office cleaning for businesses and residents.

You book a pickup on the website or in the app, and pickups run seven days a week, with a daytime and evening window. Standard wash and fold comes back in 24 hours, while dry cleaning and laundered shirts take at least 48 hours. If nobody will be home, you can leave items at the door, give a door code, hand them to a building doorman, or use a locker, which is only offered in Los Angeles. Customer support is available around the clock. The Brooklyn location is at 100 Willoughby Street.
