The Blue Whale Handyman

The Blue Whale Handyman is a Huntington-based handyman crew run by Ivan, working across Long Island on repairs, drywall, interior painting, carpentry, deck repair, concrete and masonry, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and whole-home water shutoff systems. Reviewers most often mention showing up when promised, neat work sites, and a finish that holds up to close inspection.

Jobs are quoted with a free, itemized written estimate, and bundling several small tasks into one visit is encouraged. Same-week appointments are available for smaller jobs, while larger projects take longer. Minor plumbing and electrical fixes are included, but new circuits and gas work go to licensed trades. The business serves most of Nassau County and western and central Suffolk County from its home base in Huntington.
