Stain Erasers

Stain Erasers cleans and protects exterior surfaces using a bleach-free, low-pressure soft-wash process meant to remove mold, moss, algae and lichen at the source. Common jobs include house washing, roof cleaning, concrete and driveway cleaning, brick and paver cleaning, deck and fence work, and window cleaning, with commercial and HOA or multi-unit properties also handled.

The company says results build over two to four weeks, with full results within about 120 days, and its treatment is designed to resist regrowth for up to a year under a satisfaction guarantee. Quotes can be requested online, and commercial and multi-unit jobs are custom-quoted. The company is headquartered in Brookfield and says it serves southeastern Wisconsin, the Madison area and the Wisconsin Dells region. Pets and plants should stay indoors during the work and for a few hours afterward, until the solution dries.
