Cottam Heating and Air Conditioning

Cottam Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned heating and cooling company founded in 1984. It handles air conditioning repair, installation and maintenance, along with heating repair, furnaces and ductless systems for homes and businesses. The company is a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Elite Contractor, and its technicians work on any make or model, with Mitsubishi systems a particular strength.

Emergency calls are answered around the clock, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the service trucks carry standard parts so most repairs can be finished in one visit. Pricing is quoted up front with no hidden fees, and new clients can get 10% off a maintenance program. The company works out of City Island in the Bronx and serves Westchester County and nearby areas.
