Adriana Real Estate

Adriana Real Estate is the Greater Boston practice of Adriana Scholz, a REALTOR with LaMacchia Realty who has been working in the area since 1999. She represents both buyers and sellers, helping buyers with pre-approval, choosing a home, making an offer and closing, and helping sellers prepare and price a property. Her current listings range from condos and townhouses to single-family houses and multi-family buildings in towns from Brockton to Cambridge.

Scholz is known for a no-pressure approach and for tough negotiating on her clients' behalf. Her office is on Main Street in Waltham, and she also works with clients on home valuations and investment properties. Anyone thinking about a sale or purchase can reach her by phone or email to talk through options before committing to anything.
