Smart Apartment Solutions

Smart Apartment Solutions works with apartment communities and their property management teams on marketing, leasing, staffing and training. Its services include marketing plans aimed at long-term occupancy growth, leasing strategy brainstorming with site staff, hands-on training for service teams, pre-screened job candidates, temporary staffing, and trained maintenance personnel who turn units quickly. The firm also sells a set of training workshops through its online store, covering topics such as leasing, customer service and fair housing.

The company is run by Managing Member Dawn Ford and Director of Professional Development Megan Orser, who together bring more than six decades of apartment industry experience. Its office is at 100 Orndorf Dr in Brighton, Michigan, and it serves apartment owners and managers rather than individual residents.
