Icarus Brewing Company

Icarus Brewing makes hop-forward IPAs, crisp lagers, sour ales and barrel-aged specialties, and keeps a rotating lineup of around 30 beers on tap in its taproom. Known beers include Yacht Juice, Drinking Crayons, Kalashnikov and Private Beach. The brewery releases three to five new beers each week, so there is usually something new to try.

The taproom and beer garden in Brick are open most afternoons and evenings, with 21+ hours on Friday and Saturday evenings after 6 pm and a family-friendly schedule earlier in the day. Beer is also sold by the keg for retail. Private events can be booked at the taproom, and questions go through the contact form or the taproom email. The brewery moved to Brick in 2024 after years at its Lakewood location, into a newer brewhouse and larger taproom.
