Partners Remodeling

Partners Remodeling is a family-owned general contractor that handles kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, custom carpentry and outdoor spaces such as decks and fences. The company is run by father and son Maurelio and João Luiz, who say they personally manage and perform the work with their own crew rather than handing it off to subcontractors. Reviewers often mention fluted cabinetry, custom showers and detailed stair work.

Homeowners can request a free consultation and written estimate, with no obligation. The company serves homeowners across the Bay Area from its Brentwood base, covering nine counties, and offers a satisfaction guarantee on finished work. Partners Remodeling is licensed, bonded and insured under CSLB 1130522.
