Shaolin Mixed Martial Arts

Shaolin Mixed Martial Arts teaches Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali, kickboxing, submission wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for kids and adults, and offers Tai Chi in Bremerton. The school has been teaching since 2005 and focuses on self-defense along with focus, discipline and confidence, especially in its juniors program.

It runs two locations, one in Bremerton and one in Port Orchard, and some programs are offered at only one of them, so check which classes fit your site. Parents are welcome to watch their children's lessons, and adults can join classes too. Birthday parties are also held at the school. New students are advised to wear comfortable clothes for sport and bring a water bottle.
