Branson Trial Law

Branson Trial Law is a Missouri law firm that represents timeshare owners in disputes with the resorts that sold them their interests, including claims for fraud, misrepresentation and violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. The firm litigates through trial or final arbitration hearing and also takes real estate litigation, contract litigation for plaintiffs and defendants, and contract drafting. Founding attorney Joshua Neally is licensed in Missouri and Florida, has practiced since 2013, and previously spent seven years as in-house counsel for a Branson timeshare resort.

Consultations are free and confidential, and the firm distinguishes itself from timeshare exit companies, which are not law firms and cannot appear in court or arbitration for clients. Clients include out-of-state visitors whose timeshares were bought in Branson. The office is on West State Highway 76 in Branson.
