Grace Island

Grace Island is a private island in the Thimble Islands, off the coast of Branford and Guilford, that works as a wedding, vacation and special event venue and retreat center. The main house, the Queen of the Thimbles, was built in 1850 and has 11 bedrooms across about 6,500 square feet. The property has hosted weddings, birthdays, reunions, memorials, corporate events and parties for groups under 250.

Guests reach the island by a short ferry ride from Stony Creek or by their own private boat or yacht. The island also runs a three-day youth program for disadvantaged kids from the Northeastern United States, combining teamwork, nature exploration and water sports.
