Susan L. Phelps

Susan L. Phelps is a REALTOR with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty who focuses on custom homes, new construction and luxury listings across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. She has lived in Sarasota for more than 40 years and has worked in Florida real estate for about 15, bringing local knowledge of custom home builders and new home communities to buyers and sellers.

She guides clients through the full build process, from homesite selection through finishes, contract and closing, and says her aim is to help people make informed decisions rather than rush them. Clients can reach her by phone or through a contact form on her site, and she hosts American Dream TV, where she features local developments and custom home communities.
