Almar Property Management

Almar Property Management is a locally owned rental agency in Bowling Green that helps people find rental homes and manages properties for owners and investors. Residents can submit maintenance requests through the website, and property owners can ask about the current market rent for their homes.

Fire, flood, or no heat during extreme weather should go to the after-hours emergency line, and lockouts should go to a locksmith. Other maintenance requests are handled the next business day. The office is on South Main Street downtown, and rental inquiries can be sent through the contact form.
