White Squirrel

White Squirrel is a brewery and taproom that brews its original recipes in 8-barrel batches, about 2,000 pints per brew day. The team uses the freshest ingredients it can source and keeps refining its processes, and any batch that misses the mark gets poured down the drain. The bar also serves cocktails, and master brewer Nash Davis leads the brewing.

Co-owners Sean and Brian run the place out of a 10,000-square-foot former warehouse at 302 State Street in Bowling Green, which they took over in 2023 when they bought Gasper Brewing Company and renovated the space into a brewery and bar. The taproom hosts events and entertainment and is set up for families as well as adults. It is open from mid-afternoon on weekdays and from late morning on weekends.
