Flatiron Coffee

Flatiron Coffee is a specialty coffee shop that has been serving Boulder since 2009, known for its house-made Ice Cap, a cold-brewed espresso drink sweetened with vanilla and churned in an ice-cream machine. Baristas are trained on a La Marzocco and make every drink by hand, and the menu runs from espresso and cold brew to chai, matcha, and seasonal specialties with playful names.

The shop offers bulk coffee beans, a range of pastries and breakfast burritos, and many gluten-free and vegan options. Orders can be placed online for pickup, usually ready in 10 to 20 minutes. Cups, lids, and straws are compostable. The shop is at Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder and is open daily from 6 AM to 6 PM.
