Cosman Construction

Cosman Construction is a boutique design-build firm led by Alex Cosman. The firm takes on home additions, interior and exterior remodels, outdoor living spaces, deck building and design refresh work, from single-room remodels to full second-story additions.

Every job starts with a free consultation with Alex, followed by design drawings, a written scope and a detailed estimate before you decide whether to proceed. No deposits are taken, and if you hire the firm after design, the design fee is credited toward the build. You can also take the design to another contractor. The firm is based in Fort Collins and serves Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties, and it also works with property managers on investment properties, keeping scopes defined and schedules tight.
