Sushi Zen Mill Creek

Sushi Zen Mill Creek serves Japanese food with a focus on sushi and sashimi, mixing traditional dishes with newer rolls influenced by both the East and West Coasts. The restaurant has been open since 2003, and its menu includes sashimi platters, sushi platters and the Boeing Roll. Viewers of KING 5's Evening Magazine voted it one of the top five sushi restaurants in Western Washington.

Reservations are taken by phone, and orders can be placed by phone or through the restaurant's online ordering page. The restaurant also does catering for weddings, private parties and events, including gatherings at the Museum of Flight. It is located in Mill Creek and is run by its owners, Daniel and Kimiko.
