About Rare Society

The story

Rare Society is a steakhouse group that pays homage to classic retro American steakhouses, with premium cuts grilled over open flame, including American red oak. The menu also includes sustainably sourced seafood, a progressive cocktail program and an on-site dry ager for meats. The concept is part of Trust Restaurant Group, founded by chef Brad Wise.

The group has locations in Las Vegas, San Clemente, Mill Creek, Santa Barbara, Solana Beach and University Heights in San Diego. The University Heights location has happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m. daily and can accommodate large tables, with partial and full buy-outs available. Reservations and gift cards are offered.
