The Picture Store

The Picture Store is a full-service frame gallery in Boston's South End, known for custom framing and museum-quality preservation of photos and art. Work includes canvas stretching, photo and art restoration, glass repairs, ketubahs, and engraved plaques, along with ready-made frames and a small selection of artwork by local artists.

Staff walk customers through framing options before any work begins, so the final choice is made together. The shop keeps regular hours Monday through Saturday, and appointments can be arranged for times outside those hours. Photo development and gift cards are also available.
