The Haven is a Scottish food, drink and whisky bar in Jamaica Plain that opened in 2010 and moved to the Haffenreffer Brewery Complex in 2022. The menu leans on Scottish-inspired cooking, with a Deep Fried Mars Bar among the more talked-about items, and the bar pours a wide range of Scottish beers in bottles, cans and on draft alongside one of the larger single malt selections on the East Coast.
Dinner and brunch reservations can be booked through OpenTable, and takeout and delivery run during all open hours. Gift cards are sold, and the events calendar includes whisky tastings, comedy, live music and a Monday quiz. The Assembly room and patio can be rented for private parties, and private whisky tastings can be requested by email.
