Cityside Construction

Cityside Construction is a Boston general contractor that builds and renovates residential properties, including high-end custom homes, gut renovations, additions, and multi-family projects, along with select commercial build-outs. The firm also develops its own real estate projects and works with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors through an affiliation with William Raveis, so one team can handle a property from purchase through construction to sale.

Projects are priced from a detailed scope and run under one contract with a fixed scope and budget approved before work starts. Owner Nicholas Matt leads each project, and clients work directly with the project manager throughout. The company serves Boston and nearby towns such as Cambridge, Brookline, Wellesley, and Newton, and keeps a real estate office in Wellesley.
