Candlepin

Candlepin specializes in small-ball candlepin bowling, a version of the game played with slim pins and small balls. No experience is needed to play, and the lanes host everything from casual games to scheduled tournaments, with standings kept for events held over the years.

Lanes are reserved by the hour, and a package covers unlimited bowling plus rental shoes. Each lane fits up to six people, so larger groups need more than one lane, and lane spacing depends on availability, first come, first served. The pro shop carries bowling balls, bags and accessories. Candlepin is in Abington, and it also takes bookings for private events.
