Montville Counseling Center

Montville Counseling Center offers individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, addiction counseling, life coaching and trauma and anxiety work, with Dr. Elizabeth MacGregor as the counselor. Her approaches include psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT and EMDR. She works with individuals, couples, adolescents, families and emergency responders, and a session can also include a pet-assisted option.

The center offers a free 20 to 30 minute consultation by phone. Sessions are available virtually or in person at the Stony Brook Road office in Montville, and there is a serene garden setting for therapy. Weekday hours run in the daytime and evening, and weekends are for emergencies only, so call ahead to confirm.
