Optimal HVAC LLC

Optimal HVAC is a family-owned company that designs, installs, services and maintains residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The Zielinski brothers, Shawn and Derrek, started the business in 2017, and it works as a Bryant dealer on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems and thermostats.

Homeowners and business owners can request a free quote for new equipment or repairs, and preventive maintenance contracts are available to keep existing systems efficient. Emergency repairs are handled around the clock, and financing is offered through a Wells Fargo credit card, subject to credit approval. The company serves King and Pierce counties in Washington from its Buckley location.
