The Record Exchange

The Record Exchange is a record store on West Idaho Street that sells new and used music and video, along with rare and discount items, store merch and gift cards. It buys and trades used vinyl, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, Blu-ray discs and stereo equipment in good condition, and it hosts free, all-ages in-store performances, artist meet-and-greets, album signings, listening parties and Record Store Day events.

Staff prefer phone calls during shop hours for order problems and questions, and email is answered within about a day. Special orders and preorders are taken, and in-store event bookings are reviewed but not guaranteed a response. Big Crown Day on October 24 included limited releases and giveaways.
